Hospitality · Lismore, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
An established venue in Lismore, New South Wales, is the setting for this Chef de Partie role. The kitchen wants a chef who takes pride in the food, runs a section with confidence and has already proved it in commercial service.
You would own your station through service, handle prep and mise en place, cook and plate to standard when it gets busy and work closely with senior chefs and the wider team. Your experience needs to be genuine and verifiable, and it will be a key part of your application. Sponsorship opportunities may be considered for an eligible candidate. If you have run a section in a busy UK kitchen, this is a solid next move.
On your CV, list the sections you have run, the kitchens you have worked in and your food safety certificates. Put your station experience into a Build AI CV and apply.
