Laksa, char kway teow and nasi lemak are daily staples for this group of busy Malaysian restaurants in Sydney. It wants a hands-on Chef / Kitchen Team Leader on a permanent full-time basis who cares about true flavours, steady quality and a tidy, well-run kitchen.
You would lead the cooks, work hand in hand with management and report to the Company Director, covering both restaurant service and corporate catering. The owners like people with a positive outlook who enjoy passing on what they know, picking up new skills and finding smarter ways to work.
