Chef

Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

A premium hospitality venue in Melbourne is strengthening its kitchen leadership and wants a Senior Chef for the job. The person it is after has moved past simply cooking and now enjoys running a brigade, coaching younger chefs and helping the Head Chef shape the menu.

Fine-dining pedigree counts here: time in Michelin-starred or comparable kitchens abroad is highly regarded, along with a career that shows growing responsibility. Beyond service you would look after ordering, stock and costing and keep food safety records in order. This role is open to applicants already working in Australia with a valid visa, and anyone considered for employer sponsorship must satisfy the applicable requirements.

Your CV should name the kitchens and sections you have run, the dishes or menus you have created and your culinary training. Tailor a fine-dining senior chef CV with Build AI CV so the detail is easy to scan.
