Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Nelson, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $35/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Nelson's food scene runs on seasonal produce, and one of its hospitality businesses needs a Chef or Cook to help keep its kitchen turning out good plates. The job is full-time and suits someone with real commercial kitchen experience who knows that food costs and waste matter as much as flavour.
Day to day you would cook, organise prep so service runs on time, help shape seasonal menus and keep an eye on stock. You would also guide younger cooks and help keep the kitchen a good place to work. Eligible candidates may be considered for employer-supported visa sponsorship based on skills, experience and New Zealand immigration requirements.
Give your CV the menus you have cooked, the covers you are used to and your food costing experience. Draft a seasonal menu chef CV on Build AI CV before applying.
