Asian cooking is the craft at the centre of this Chef job in Nelson. An established hospitality group wants someone who can follow recipes precisely and send out the same quality plate on a quiet lunch as on a packed dinner service, inside a structured, busy commercial kitchen.

Your shifts would cover prep planning, sauces and components, grills and ovens, special dietary orders and stock ordering, with food safety and correct temperatures held throughout. You would also help train others and suggest improvements. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

List the Asian dishes and techniques you know best and any cookery qualification you hold, then put a Nelson Asian cuisine chef CV together with Build AI CV.
