Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Travellers on the highway want a good feed, and this busy roadside food operation in Western Australia aims to give them one. The business is looking for a Chef who wants real responsibility, based out of Perth.

You would cook hands-on, with steaks a big part of the menu, while reviewing the menu, leading the cooks, managing stock and running the kitchen day to day. Ideas for better dinners, takeaway and breakfast are welcome, as long as quality holds when it gets hectic. The role involves a rotating roster and living on-site as required. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates, who must satisfy applicable Australian immigration and employment requirements.

Chefs who stand out show both cooking and leadership, so include the menus you have improved and the teams you have run on your CV. Show your grill and steak cooking on a Build AI CV.
