Your shifts would cover daily prep, cooking menu items to recipe, juggling several tasks at peak times, storing and rotating stock to limit waste, and keeping the kitchen clean and food-safe while working smoothly with colleagues. This role is for applicants already living in Australia, and visa holders based in Perth are welcome. Sponsorship is available for eligible high-performing candidates after a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and get daily prep done
- Cook menu items to set recipes and standards, keeping quality and presentation steady
- Manage several cooking tasks during peak periods and work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Store food properly, rotate stock and track ingredient use to reduce waste, and keep the kitchen clean, organised and in line with food safety and hygiene procedures
- Work well with kitchen and service staff and adapt calmly when service changes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant experience as a Cook or Chef
- Proven commercial kitchen experience, with high-volume kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Works efficiently in busy services, with close attention to detail and consistency
- Positive and dependable, communicating well and working as part of a team
- Professional about food preparation and customer service
- Can meet workplace and food safety requirements
- Living in Perth, Western Australia now is essential; visa holders already residing in Perth are welcome to apply
- Can show authentic work experience that can be verified
- Committed to completing the required qualifying period
