Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Queenstown, New Zealand · Full-Time · $27/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Queenstown restaurants get busy, and this one wants an experienced Chef who is ready to own more of what happens in the kitchen. Strong performers can grow into larger responsibilities as they prove themselves.

Day to day you would cook and finish plates to recipe, tweak dishes for dietary needs, step into any section and help run a brigade of up to 12. Behind the scenes there are deliveries to check, supplies and suppliers to manage, food and labour costs to watch and new dishes to suggest, with reporting done through the kitchen's digital systems. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Use your CV to show the biggest team you have helped run, menus you have added to and how you have handled stock. Present a senior restaurant chef CV with Build AI CV that spells it out.
