Fancy a kitchen where the view changes with the seasons? A golf club in a busy tourist town in north-east Victoria, popular for skiing on snow and water, boating, fishing and bushwalking, needs a qualified Chef. The town has all the facilities for an easy regional life.
Trade is on the rise, so the club wants someone passionate and highly motivated. You would answer to the Head Chef and work alongside the sous chef and kitchenhands in a professional team with room to develop your career, starting immediately. You must hold Australian work rights. After a successful trial period, sponsorship may be available to exceptional applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare dishes on the menu
- Coach new or less experienced team members and oversee cooks, stepping in to help and handing out tasks
- Stick to hygiene rules
- Check every dish from prep through to presentation
- Watch food stock levels and order supplies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial cookery experience and qualifications (Cert 3 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
- Flexible, with availability across weekdays and weekends for a 7-day operation
- A good communicator
- Happy working unsupervised or as part of a team
- Knows OH&S and food hygiene requirements
- Valid work rights in Australia
