Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Can you back up your cooking with real hours on the pans? A fast-growing hospitality business in Sydney wants a Chef who has worked in commercial kitchens, holds the right qualifications and has a history employers can check. Standards matter at every step, from the morning prep list to the final plate of the night.
Your shifts would cover mise en place, cooking and plating to the house standard, supporting the senior chefs through busy services, and keeping stations clean, stock rotated and waste down. Weekends and public holidays are part of the roster. This one is for applicants already in Australia who live in Sydney.
On your CV, put your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) first, then the kitchens and styles of service you have worked. Get a Sydney line chef CV in order with Build AI CV before you apply.
