Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

A Sydney venue with a modern, purpose-built kitchen needs a Chef who is at home on the grill, the pans, the fryers and the larder, and who can switch between them without the food slipping. The menu blends long-standing favourites with fresh seasonal dishes, and the kitchen trades seven days a week.

You would set up stations, cook and plate to standard, adapt dishes for dietary needs, look after stock rotation and keep waste down, all while staying calm in fast, time-pressured services. Exceptional candidates can be considered for sponsorship after six months of full-time employment.

If you have worked the sections of a busy UK kitchen, say which ones and add your food safety certificate, then refresh a multi-section Sydney chef CV with Build AI CV.
