Key Responsibilities
- Cook a variety of quality dishes that meet guests' expectations, with consistent quality, presentation and portions
- Run food preparation and keep the kitchen organised and moving
- Work with the team to keep service quick and the menu on track at busy times
- Help with stock control and ingredient prep
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures and keep the kitchen clean and up to standard
- Contribute to a positive team and share what you know
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience as a Chef in a commercial hospitality setting
- Background in busy restaurants, hotels or similar food service operations
- Able to keep quality and consistency during high-volume service
- Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures, food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- A positive attitude and real commitment to customer satisfaction
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Relevant culinary training or industry experience preferred
