Requirements & Eligibility
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA, plus a current practising certificate
- Aged care work behind you
- Solid clinical nursing knowledge and skills
- Familiar with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and the standards used for aged care accreditation
- An excellent communicator with good interpersonal, leadership and teamwork skills
- Well organised, with excellent time management
- Committed to care centred on residents, with respect for dignity and privacy
- Honest, professional and of high integrity
- Flexible when circumstances change and effective within a team
- Dedicated to quality improvement and continuous professional development
