You would deliver a range of nursing services in community aged care, acting as an extension of a multidisciplinary team that looks after each client's clinical needs. Senior clinicians mentor the team, which is close and supportive, and there is ongoing CPD support and a clear career path. The provider can offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients clinically, taking in their social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Plan clinically appropriate care, including wound management and documentation
- Give and chart medication and help with personal care needs
- Speak up for clients and deliver a premium level of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant degree qualification
- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Current Australian driver's licence and a Current National Criminal History Check
