Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Darwin, NT, Australia · Full-Time · $34/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Some managers like a quiet office. This one belongs on the floor. A busy licensed venue in Darwin needs a Duty Manager to run its shifts, leading the teams that look after food and beverage, gaming and functions and keeping the venue safe and on track from opening to lock-up.

Your job mixes people leadership with service, compliance, cash control and quick decisions when something goes wrong. Visa sponsorship may be available to suitably qualified candidates, including eligible applicants who may qualify through an NT DAMA pathway, subject to all required approvals.

In licensed hospitality your certificates and supervision record matter most, so put your RSA, any gaming training and the size of the teams you have managed at the top of your CV. Make your licensed venue shift management count with Build AI CV.
