Nursing in people's own homes is a very different rhythm from a ward. A national home care provider covering community nursing, disability and aged care is growing its team in Mandurah, Western Australia, and needs Enrolled Nurses (ENs).
The service runs 24/7 for individuals, families and communities, so shifts vary and include active nights. Your visits help clients stay independent and keep their dignity and quality of life, through clinical and personal care, careful notes and care plans, and clear contact with families and the wider healthcare team. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care in clients' homes
- Provide personal care with respect for each client's dignity
- Keep documentation and care plans accurate
- Keep in clear contact with clients, families and healthcare teams
- Put safety and well-being first on every visit
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, with confidence using digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
