Weddings for up to 150 guests and long, lazy lunches both happen at this winery restaurant in one of Western Australia's best-known wine regions, south of Bunbury. It wants an experienced Events Chef to make the events menu its own.
The existing brigade is strong on everyday restaurant service; what it lacks is someone steeped in weddings, functions, banquets and catering who can lead that side. On quieter days you would join the Head Chef and crew, looking after a section and helping with prep or service. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of wedding and function menus from planning to the last plate, building the events food programme
- Get the brigade turning out great food for big parties
- When there is no event on, run a station and pitch in with prep or service beside the head chef
- Help the kitchen work as one team on busy days

- A record of delivering weddings, banquets, functions or catered events
