Field Service Technician

Automotive · Wellington, New Zealand · Full-Time · $38/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
When a scissor lift dies on a building site, the whole crew stops, and someone has to get it going again. A Wellington business is hiring a permanent, full-time Field Service Technician to keep its access equipment safe and working, from boom lifts to cherry pickers.
Some days are spent in the workshop on planned servicing, others out at customer sites tracking down faults on petrol and diesel machines. You would be the technical face of the business for customers, so clear explanations matter as much as spanner skills. Sponsorship is available for suitably qualified overseas candidates with verified experience.
Hiring managers will check two things first, your trade ticket and your EWP hours, so make both easy to find on your CV. Write up your boom lift and scissor lift servicing with Build AI CV and keep it to one clear page.
