General Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Wellington, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Opening a property from scratch is a rare chance, and this Wellington role hands it to one experienced leader. A newly built lodging and lifestyle venue needs a General Manager to take charge of the entire operation, build its systems and service standards and pull the department heads into a single team.

You would oversee rooms, guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping and maintenance while keeping a close watch on revenue, labour and costs. Measurable results from earlier hotel or venue roles count for more than titles. Overseas applicants with verified hospitality experience are encouraged to apply, and visa sponsorship is available to the person selected.
