Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
If sourdough is the part of the job you never tire of, this Perth bakery could suit you. It makes its bread by hand, gives the dough the long, slow fermentation it needs and wants a Head Baker who can run the bakehouse and keep a crew of bakers on form.
Most mornings you would be steering production from mixing to the last tray out of the oven, coaching your bakers and protecting the quality the business is known for. The whole team moves around the different production sections in turn, so nobody is stuck on one bench. Candidates who successfully complete the employment assessment can be offered an employer-sponsored opportunity.
On your CV, describe the starters you keep alive, the hydration levels you work with and how many bakers you have led on a shift. Set out your sourdough and starter experience in a Build AI CV so the bakery sees your craft straight away.
