Hospitality · Albany, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Good food and good numbers go hand in hand in this senior kitchen job. A well-established hospitality venue in Albany, WA wants a commercially minded Head Chef to run its kitchen, where leadership and cost control count as much as what goes on the plate.
You would own daily kitchen performance, organise staffing, develop the team, and keep production, portions and presentation consistent. Purchasing, supplier relationships, stock, food and labour costs and budgets all sit with you, along with food safety, HACCP and workplace safety. You would also refresh menus, build better kitchen systems and help steer where the venue's food goes next. Suitable international candidates may be eligible for visa sponsorship.
