Head Chef
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Gold Coast, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Smoked brisket by day and share plates by night: a Gold Coast hospitality group with a string of well-known venues wants a Head Chef to run the kitchen serving two venues side by side. One is an award-winning American-style tap and grill house doing slow-smoked BBQ, top steaks and burgers; the other is a cocktail lounge styled on the 1920s with a premium tapas menu and private functions.
You would answer to the Executive Chef. The group welcomes people who need visa sponsorship and will back the right candidate through the process, where applicable. If you have run a busy grill or smokehouse in the UK, this could be the move.
Make your CV show the menus you have written, the smoker and grill work you know and the costs you have kept on budget. Craft a Gold Coast smokehouse and grill head chef CV on Build AI CV so the group can see your range.
