Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $100,000 - $110,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

South of Perth, a hospitality group runs two well-established hotels that trade all year, each with a restaurant and bar. It wants an experienced Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef to take charge of the daily running of one of its two kitchens. The food mixes modern Australian, elevated pub dining with Italian-inspired cooking, built on fresh local produce and dishes done well every time.

Your title depends on your experience and goals. Management trains and supports you at first, then hands over more of the kitchen, with real input on menus. The job is full time on 38 ordinary hours a week plus reasonable extra hours. Applications are welcome from people already residing in Australia with valid working rights. For suitable candidates, future employer sponsorship may be considered, subject to eligibility, business requirements and immigration regulations, and the group already does this for more than 10 staff.

Show the kitchens you have run, the menus and costings you have handled and the teams you have built. Draft a South West WA hotel head chef CV via Build AI CV so management can see where you fit.
