Burgers, the grill and the fryer are the heart of this busy American-style restaurant south of Melbourne, which is hiring for Head Chef / Sous Chef / Cook roles: one experienced Head Chef and one experienced Sous Chef or Cook. Prep is heavy by design so that peak service runs without a hitch.
Both jobs are full time and start straight away, and you need to be free for Wednesday to Sunday shifts. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate. If you have kept a busy UK burger joint or grill moving on a Saturday night, you will know the drill.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or Cook, gained in a high-volume restaurant
