Head Waiter
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $30 - $40/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Recommending the right wine for each dish is the sort of thing this Perth dining room expects of its senior floor staff. The French-inspired restaurant needs a Head Waiter, or Head Waitress, who can steer table service calmly and make every guest feel properly looked after.
Food, wine and hospitality carry equal weight here. You would greet tables, guide people through the menu and wine list, pour with care, keep the floor moving on busy nights and coach the newer servers. Weekends and normal hospitality hours are part of the deal. Candidates meeting the required criteria may be considered for sponsorship.
Restaurant managers reading your CV will look for the dining rooms you have worked, how far your wine knowledge goes and whether you hold an RSA or Manager's Liquor Licence. Polish a French dining head waiter CV on Build AI CV before sending it.
