No two days look alike in this long-term Hotel Manager role at an established hotel in Gosford, NSW. It is a practical, hands-on job: one hour you might be helping a guest, the next briefing a contractor or sorting out a minor maintenance problem yourself.
You would run the hotel day to day, keep it safe, organised and welcoming, coordinate staff, contractors and service providers, and deal with suppliers and outside organisations. When something goes wrong you respond quickly, troubleshoot and arrange repairs. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable, eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations and support the property's ongoing performance
- Help guests in person and keep the hotel safe, tidy and welcoming
- Coordinate staff, contractors and service providers, and handle communication with suppliers and external organisations
- Act fast on operational problems, troubleshoot them, arrange repairs and deal with minor maintenance and property issues
- Make sure tasks are finished efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong communication skills in English
- Management experience, or proven ability to manage
- Hospitality or lodging industry experience is advantageous
- Practical and hands-on, with strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent at solving problems and confident making decisions and working alone
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills are highly regarded
- Adapts well when situations change
- Interested in building a long-term career
