Housekeeping Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Gold Coast, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Every room ready before the guest arrives is the standard a Gold Coast hotel sets for its new Executive Housekeeping Manager. You would lead the housekeeping team, plan the day's workload, run briefings and work with hotel leadership to keep quality high and consistent.

Rosters, staffing adjustments, health and safety procedures and the daily admin all sit with you, along with fixing performance issues quickly and keeping handovers clear. No formal qualification is required, but you will need to show real hotel housekeeping leadership. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. If you have run housekeeping in a busy UK hotel, this is a natural step.

On your CV, name the hotels and team sizes you have managed, how you check rooms before arrival and your health and safety knowledge. Lead with your hotel housekeeping results in a Build AI CV and apply.
