A large industrial process plant wants one senior person, a Lead Electrical Engineer or Electrical Superintendent, to answer for electrical maintenance, reliability and performance across the site. Strong operating plant experience matters most, and lead engineers and superintendents will be looked at alike, depending on what you bring. Expect to direct electrical crews and contractors, plan and run shutdowns, turnarounds and commissioning, and set the bar for safety and compliance. Sponsorship is available for suitable international candidates.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Long experience leading in electrical engineering or electrical maintenance
- Deep HV/MV/LV and industrial electrical systems know-how
- Has driven plant maintenance, reliability and asset performance
- A track record of leading electrical crews and contractors
- Hands-on shutdown, turnaround and commissioning experience
- A sound grasp of safety and compliance
- A background in process plant, resources, energy, oil and gas, chemical, manufacturing or a similar field; applicants from fertiliser, chemical, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, oil and gas, power generation, mineral processing or major fixed-plant sites are encouraged
