Line Chef
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Dunedin, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $30/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
A brand new Italian-inspired restaurant in Dunedin is building its kitchen from scratch, and it wants a Line Chef who can take charge of a section from the first service. That means helping to set the standards everyone else will follow.
Think rolling pasta sheets in the morning, firing pizzettas at night and building dishes around whatever is in season. Ordering and costing are shared jobs, and the venue trades six days a week, so evenings and weekends are normal. Overseas candidates with suitable qualifications and experience may be eligible for sponsorship.
Head chefs opening a new venue look for people who have held a section before, so say clearly on your CV where and for how long. Shape a fresh pasta section chef CV on Build AI CV in clear, short lines.
