Mechanic

Visa sponsorship

Automotive · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Most mechanics never get near the machines that service aircraft on the ground. This Perth job puts you right beside them, keeping a varied fleet of road vehicles and aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in safe working order for a specialist maintenance team.

No two shifts look the same, with a scheduled service in the morning, a hydraulic leak to chase after lunch, and maybe a call-out when something fails on the apron. Airside work comes with security clearance and testing rules, listed below. Sponsorship is available for suitable overseas candidates who meet the required trade and employment criteria.
