An established hospitality group with Italian restaurants in the city wants an experienced Pasta Chef to join its trattoria full-time, with an immediate start and a long-term future that could lead to a senior or management position.
You would own the pasta section during service, preparing fresh pasta and cooking classic Italian sauces and dishes with real care for quality, consistency and how each plate looks. The team wants someone dependable and organised who loves Italian food and stays calm in a busy restaurant. Sponsorship is available for the right candidates.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience working as a Pasta Chef
- Strong experience with fresh pasta and Italian cuisine, and good knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
- Confident making traditional Italian sauces and pasta dishes
- Careful attention to quality, consistency and presentation
- Able to run the pasta section efficiently in a busy service
- Reliable, organised and passionate about Italian food, and at ease in a busy restaurant environment
