Traded the UK winter for Sydney sunshine already? This pastry section could be your next stop. A growing hospitality group there, with several venues and a production kitchen, is recruiting talented, imaginative Pastry Chefs to make the puddings, pastries and bakes its customers love.
There is room for a range of experience, as roles run from Demi Chef to Sous Chef. You can go full time or part time. Expect lively venue kitchens or the production kitchen, and a rota that covers days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, known in Australia as public holidays.
On the visa front, sponsorship for the subclass 482 visa may be available for the right candidate who meets the immigration requirements and is already living in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years' experience in a high-volume restaurant or a production kitchen
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or equivalent
- Viennoiserie experience is highly regarded
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen with a positive outlook and a team-first attitude
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Genuine passion for quality ingredients and creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills and a keen eye for detail
- Currently living in Australia
