Pizza Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Hand-stretched dough and a hot wood-fired oven are the daily tools for this Pizza Chef in Melbourne. You would run the pizza section from prep to close and lend the main kitchen a hand with prep and general chef work, cooking from a produce-led, progressive menu.

Oven control, consistency and a calm head in busy service matter as much as technique, and the kitchen welcomes ideas for new dishes and room to develop within the business. A verifiable work history is expected. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate, subject to eligibility. If you have worked a wood-fired oven in a UK pizzeria, you will feel right at home.

Your CV should name the ovens you have cooked with, the kitchens and services you have covered and your food safety training. Stretch out a wood-fired pizza chef CV on Build AI CV and apply.
