Manufacturing · Lismore, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $95,000 - $105,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Swapping a UK factory floor for a dairy plant in New South Wales? An established Australian dairy manufacturer in the north of the state is recruiting a Production Manager for Lismore, NSW. The site produces powders, liquid and frozen products and butter for customers in Australia and further afield.

It is a hands-on leadership post. You would head up the production teams, supervisors and operators, organise schedules, raw materials and priorities, and keep output efficient, reliable and up to standard on quality. Compliance matters too, from health and safety at work to food safety, GMP and HACCP. Spray drying is a key part of the operation, so the business wants someone with genuine practical and technical knowledge of it.

Suitably qualified professionals overseas who fancy a move to Australia are welcome to apply, and the role is open to anyone who can work in Australia or who meets the requirements for an employer-sponsored visa. The recruitment process is carried out in English.

Make sure your CV is current and tells the story clearly, covering the plants you have managed, your spray drying experience and the improvements you have led. Draw up a dairy production leadership CV using Build AI CV.
