Production / Site Manager
Visa sponsorship
Manufacturing · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Fancy running a whole site rather than one shift? An industry-leading manufacturer with a national footprint is recruiting a hands-on Production / Site Manager for its rural production facility about two hours from Perth, and a manufacturing or mechanical background is what it is after.
The role is very much on the ground. You would organise throughput and workflow, keep the site safe, sort staffing and rosters, and oversee quality and stock, while building a network of local suppliers and outside contractors. Machinery is the priority, so fault-finding skills count. Senior management is on the East Coast, so you would have plenty of autonomy with high-level support behind you.
You would need to live near the site at least Monday to Friday. The employer is open to applicants requiring sponsorship, provided they have the right skills and experience and strong communication skills.
