Coffs Harbour, on the New South Wales North Coast, is where a not-for-profit aged care provider needs an experienced Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time post at its residential home. Shifts rotate through mornings, afternoons and nights, and you would report to the Care Manager.
Alongside hands-on clinical care, you would lead each shift, coaching and supervising the personal care team and building trust with residents and families. Initial 482 sponsorship is available, with pathways to permanent residency for eligible applicants.

Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care to best-practice nursing standards, using your judgement to spot and act on changes in residents' needs
- Lead the shift and coach, supervise and guide the personal care team
- Build trust with residents and their families
- Help keep the home positive, safe and inclusive for everyone
- Stick to clinical, safety and organisational policies
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of nursing, ideally with some aged care
- Knows aged care law and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understands how AN-ACC assessments work
- Strong clinical knowledge of ageing and the conditions that come with it
- Confident coaching, mentoring and supporting care staff
- Communicates well, resolves conflict and shows emotional intelligence
- Positive and collaborative, with competent IT skills
