Darwin offers community nursing with a difference. A care provider in the Northern Territory is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role that blends in-home aged care nursing with support for NDIS participants.
Visiting clients at home, you would give care that fits each person's own goals and needs, check how they are doing, build and revisit care plans, help with medicines and keep thorough notes, so that people stay well and independent and keep a say in their own care. You need to be willing to move to the Northern Territory. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse aged care clients and NDIS participants in their own homes
- Assess clients clinically, then write and revisit their care plans
- Help clients manage their medications and spot changes in their health early
- Record clinical notes accurately
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers and other health professionals, always respecting choice, dignity and independence
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registration
- Background in community nursing, aged care or disability services
- Sound clinical assessment ability
- Good communicator and well organised
- Self-reliant and confident in a community setting
- Compassionate, with a commitment to care that is safe and person-centred
- Prepared to move to the Northern Territory
