Part-time nursing with real continuity of care is on offer at an aged care home in Dubbo, run by a values-driven non-profit organisation that provides residential aged care, home care and retirement villages across NSW.
As a Registered Nurse you would give residents excellent clinical care that puts the person first, including people living with dementia, and work a mix of shifts on different days. Experienced leaders and a strong support team back you up, and post-graduate applicants are welcome. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate. The appointment depends on passing all pre-employment checks.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent clinical services and person-centred care to older residents in an aged care home

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Affinity and experience with residents living with dementia, or willingness to gain it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- A highly motivated, excellent Team player
- Available for various shifts across various days
- Vaccinated in line with the organisation's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, including proof of the required doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
