Small homes often give nurses the time to really know their residents, and this one near Grafton in northern New South Wales has just 20 beds. A not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home care and retirement living wants a Registered Nurse to join it part time.
You would bring a person-centred approach and strong clinical skills to the care of older people, with support from an experienced leadership and corporate team. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care centred on each resident
- Care for residents with dementia, using sound clinical problem-solving
- Work a mix of shifts on different days alongside the team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Affinity for and experience with residents who have dementia, or the willingness to gain it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- A highly motivated team player
- Availability across various shifts and days
- Vaccinated in line with the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check
- A pre-employment medical assessment
- An excellent attitude to working with others
