Because the service operates 24/7 for individuals, families and communities, rosters vary and include active nights. In each home you visit, your clinical and personal care helps the client stay independent and live with dignity and a good quality of life. Accurate records, current care plans and clear communication with families and other health professionals are all part of the job. Qualified overseas candidates can be offered visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration, where applicable
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and people skills
- Computer literacy and confidence with digital care notes and communication systems
- Nursing or home care experience, preferred but not essential
