A Perth healthcare company, owned in Western Australia, sends nurses into people's homes, delivers Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) and community nursing services, and staffs aged care homes and hospitals around the city. It is hiring experienced, qualified Registered Nurses on permanent full-time contracts.
You would answer to the Clinical Care Manager and move between sites in the CBD and on both sides of the river. Expect to plan and review care, give treatments and medicines, lead on health promotion and supervise Enrolled Nurses and other health workers. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients, then plan, deliver and review their nursing care in line with accepted practice
- Liaise with other health professionals to coordinate care across the team
- Administer and keep an eye on treatments, medicines and therapies set out in each care plan
- Lead health promotion work and help with patient education
- Oversee Enrolled Nurses and other health workers
- Keep thorough records and follow current clinical standards wherever you work, from homes and aged care to hospitals and community settings
- Work safely under WHS law, keep infection control tight and report hazards and incidents straight away
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, backed by a relevant nursing qualification for a Registered Nurse
- A background in community nursing and home care, with a Minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- Checks held: Current National Criminal History Check, Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Also held: Current Manual Handling Certificate and an Infection Control certificate
- Valid driver's licence
- Up to date with COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
