For a Registered Nurse who wants to put down roots, this permanent aged care role in Sydney offers a settled, long-term position with a supportive organisation. This role is open to applicants already in Australia who are working as Registered Nurses.
Your shifts would centre on the residents themselves: checking how they are, adjusting their plans, giving medicines on time and keeping their families informed. The employer wants someone ready to commit, so a minimum 2-year contract applies. Subclass 186 visa sponsorship is offered to eligible candidates, subject to eligibility, employer requirements and visa criteria.

Key Responsibilities
- Give residents safe, compassionate and high-quality nursing care, respecting their dignity, independence and quality of life
- Assess residents, monitor ongoing health conditions and act on any changes
- Develop, carry out and review individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments to clinical requirements and keep complete clinical records
- Liaise with carers, doctors and allied health staff, keeping residents and their families in the picture
- Follow aged care, clinical and workplace safety standards to keep the home safe and respectful
- Be a positive, supportive member of the team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Currently working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Valid Australian working rights
- Sound clinical judgement and good communication skills
- Reliable, compassionate and professional with residents
- Works well in a multidisciplinary team
- Ready to commit to a minimum 2-year employment contract and a long-term career in regional NSW
