Running a busy Christchurch dining room on a Saturday night takes a steady hand. The restaurant wants a permanent, full-time Restaurant Manager who has led front-of-house teams before and can keep service, staff and guests on track.
You would open and close the venue, handle the cash-up and bookings, help with rosters, coach a team made up of local and international staff and report to the directors. Expect at least 30 hours a week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. Overseas candidates who meet the position criteria may be considered for employer-sponsored employment.
Give the owners a quick picture of your leadership on your CV: the restaurants you have run, how many staff you managed and your liquor licensing knowledge. Showcase your Christchurch front-of-house management on Build AI CV and lead with your best result.
