Restaurant Manager
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Food that comes straight from the farm and a serious wine list set the tone at this Melbourne fine dining venue. The farm-to-table restaurant wants a Restaurant Manager to lead front of house, develop the team and protect the standards guests expect.
Think of yourself as the host of the whole evening: briefing the team before doors open, sorting out the bookings and the regulars who expect a particular table, and keeping the wine cellar and labour costs in shape. Expect your track record to be checked. International candidates with suitable experience may be considered for sponsorship, subject to eligibility and applicable Australian visa requirements.
