Hospitality · Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

A busy restaurant on the Sunshine Coast wants a Restaurant Manager who has genuinely led a team and can prove it. You would run the floor from open to close across breakfast, lunch and dinner, manage rosters and bookings, handle guest feedback and keep the kitchen and front of house working as one.

Stock, paperwork, compliance checks and a clean, well-presented venue are part of the brief, as is training staff and contributing ideas to the menu and seasonal changes. The business looks for verifiable experience and relevant qualifications. If you have managed a busy UK restaurant or gastropub, your experience will translate.
