Key Responsibilities
- Organise each client's care, building person-centred plans together with them, their relatives and other health workers
- Guide and mentor the support staff so care and compliance stay strong
- Keep the service within NDIS rules and public standards, including how client funds are handled
- Earn the trust of clients, families and other partners
- Keep detailed notes and assessments on file for everyone you support
- Make sure staffing and training are right for clients with complex needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse holding AHPRA registration
- A track record in disability care (ideally under the NDIS framework) and/or aged care
- Leads and manages people well
- Gets on and communicates well with people of all backgrounds
- Committed to strong clinical care and compliance
- Knows the NDIS and has supported clients who have complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
