Ready to take on more in a professional kitchen? A reputable venue on the Sunshine Coast wants an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef, coordinate the kitchen, support the culinary team and help the food side of the business keep improving.

You would run the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, supervise staff and share out tasks, lead the team through busy trading and keep flavour, presentation and portions consistent. Menu ideas and specials, stock and supplier orders, food cost and waste control, HACCP and food safety, and training developing cooks all form part of the role.

Make your CV prove your experience with the size of teams you have led, your Commercial Cookery qualification and the menus you helped create. Assemble a Sunshine Coast kitchen second-in-command CV with Build AI CV and add your HACCP training.
