Telecommunications Field Engineer
Visa sponsorship
Engineering · Brisbane, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored
Mobile networks keep growing, and someone has to climb the towers, connect the kit and prove each site works before a carrier will accept it. A telecommunications infrastructure contractor based in Brisbane is hiring a Telecommunications Field Engineer for RF and transmission integration and commissioning on large carrier projects.
Travel is part of the deal, from city rooftops to remote parts of Australia, and you would work with engineering, project and field teams on each deployment. Employer sponsorship is available for suitably qualified overseas applicants who meet Australian migration requirements.
This kind of application is won on tickets and site history, so list your rigging and heights certificates, your EWP and first aid cards and the sites you have brought online. Record your tower commissioning sites in Build AI CV and keep it neat.
